By accessing or using My Private Place, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without prior notice. MyPrivatePlace reserves the right to remove any content that does not meet these standards at its sole discretion.
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to My Private Place. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing our services.
Platform Content: All content on My Private Place, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of My Private Place or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

These terms apply to test accounts enabled for MPP Wallet. They supersede the previous virtual-currency conditions for those accounts; existing subscriptions are not converted or changed. New card payments remain in test mode pending supervised validation.
Stars are units for use only inside My Private Place, with no expiry, user-to-user transfers or cash withdrawals. Your top-up currency is assigned automatically when the wallet is created: EUR in regions using the euro and USD elsewhere, including when location is unavailable. This uses the connection's approximate location, not verified residence, and is kept on later visits. Contact support if it needs reviewing. Packs of 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 units of that currency credit 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000 Stars respectively. There are no bonuses or currency conversions on top-ups.
PPV is always priced and charged in US dollars: 100 Stars unlock $1 of PPV, including Stars purchased with euros. No daily exchange rate is applied to PPV. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees when you pay in USD. Tips are set between $5 and $100; for EUR payments, the order's locked conversion is shown before confirmation.
Paid subscriptions use cards. Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal, keeps access until the paid period ends and does not issue an automatic refund. PPV from $3 to $4.99 uses Stars only; from $5, PPV and tips offer a choice of card or sufficient Stars. The methods cannot be combined in one purchase. Every top-up requires acceptance through an initially unchecked checkbox. That acceptance is not an automatic waiver of rights for later purchases.
We do not offer voluntary refunds or redeem Stars for cash. This does not limit mandatory rights, including withdrawal where applicable, non-conformity, billing errors or unauthorized payments. Viewing content does not, by itself, remove all consumer rights. No creator revenue percentage or payout entitlement is promised during this phase.
A payment dispute may place new purchases on hold during review, without automatically deleting existing access. A final top-up reversal removes the remaining Stars from that top-up; spent Stars may create an internal outstanding balance and block purchases pending review. We retain orders, acceptance records, ledger entries and audited adjustments for payment verification and dispute resolution. Contact support to request review or exercise your rights.
MyPrivatePlace offers two principal types of purchases:
Portfolio Subscriptions: When you subscribe to a creator's portfolio, you gain immediate access to its content for the billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no further charges.
Approved creators may publish directly and remain responsible for owning or licensing everything they upload. MyPrivatePlace is exclusively Safe For Work. Copyright infringement, impersonation, illegal material and sexually explicit content are prohibited.
MyPrivatePlace may remove a post, unpublish a profile or suspend creator access to protect users or enforce these Terms. The reason is recorded and the creator may submit an appeal from the Creator Center.
Creator payments, platform commissions and withdrawals are not offered during this beta. Payments are collected and managed centrally by MyPrivatePlace. A future payout program may use Stripe Connect and will require separate terms and onboarding before any withdrawal becomes available.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, creators, or the platform itself.
In cases of serious violations, including but not limited to illegal activity, exploitation of minors, or repeated abuse of platform policies, termination will be immediate and without prior warning.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. Any virtual currency balances, including Stars and previous balances, remaining in your account at the time of termination will be forfeited and are non-refundable, in accordance with our Payments Policy. If you believe your account has been terminated in error, you may contact us at support@myprivateplace.me to request a review.
My Private Place provides its services with the utmost care and dedication to quality. However, the services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors at all times. Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to minimize downtime and notify users in advance when planned maintenance is scheduled.
My Private Place does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content uploaded by creators or other users on the platform. Users access such content at their own discretion.
My Private Place is committed to providing a safe and reliable platform experience. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Private Place, its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services, or inability to use them.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from loss of data, interruption of service, unauthorized access to your account, or any actions taken by third parties on the platform. Users are encouraged to take reasonable precautions to protect their account credentials and personal information.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Stars: Stars are MyPrivatePlace's virtual currency. They can be used to tip creators or unlock premium content. Stars never expire and can be spent at any time within the platform.
Previous balances: any previous virtual balance already held on an account does not expire and may continue to be used within the platform until depleted. Additional balance of this type cannot be purchased or redeemed for cash.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Subscription fees are non-refundable once access has been granted. Stars purchases are non-refundable, as is any unused previous virtual balance. For suspected billing errors, contact us at: support@myprivateplace.me
