  • Profile information (bio, avatar, banner images)
  • Payment information (processed securely through our payment processor)
  • Content you create or upload to our platform
  • Communications with other users and our support team
  • Stars purchases and transaction history
  • Subscription records and billing periods
  • Browser notification tokens and per-device preferences when you voluntarily enable push notifications
  • Payment method metadata, handled entirely by our secure payment processor. We never store full card details on our servers.

We also automatically collect certain information when you use our services, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data.

3. Payment Processing

All payments on MyPrivatePlace are processed by a certified, internationally accredited payment processor that complies with PCI-DSS security standards and international data protection regulations. We do not store, access, or handle your full payment details at any point; all sensitive financial data is managed exclusively by our payment processor.

4. Zero-Tracking Policy

At MyPrivatePlace, we prioritize the privacy of creators and users. We do not use advertising trackers, Google Analytics, session recordings or third-party behavioral analytics, and we do not sell personal data. Cloudflare provides cookie-free aggregate audience and performance measurement. During closed testing, existing test accounts may generate first-party page, active-time and product-action events. We never record messages, searches, typed text, files, or private or premium content. Individual timelines are deleted after 90 days and aggregate statistics after 13 months. You may request access or deletion by emailing support@myprivateplace.me.

5. Cookies

MyPrivatePlace does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We only use strictly necessary session cookies required for authentication and platform functionality. Cloudflare aggregate measurement is cookie-free, while controlled product analytics use a temporary session identifier only for existing test accounts. For more details, see our Cookie Notice.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing platforms. Information may only be disclosed in the following limited circumstances:

  • To comply with applicable legal obligations
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of MyPrivatePlace or its users
  • In connection with a business transfer or merger, with prior notice to affected users
